What type of flowers do you use?
We use fresh roses carefully selected and arranged for each order. Because flowers are a natural product, slight variations in color, size, and bloom are part of their natural beauty.
What rose colors are available?
POWEROSES currently offers Red, White, Lavender, Black, and Blue roses, available in selected bouquet and rose box sizes.
What bouquet sizes are available?
Our bouquets are available in 25, 50, 75, and 100 roses.
What rose box sizes are available?
Our rose boxes are available in 50, 75, and 100 roses.
When will my order be delivered?
We offer next day delivery according to our delivery schedule.
Orders placed Monday through Friday by 5:00 PM will be delivered the following day.
Orders placed after 5:00 PM will be considered orders placed on the following business day and will be delivered the day after that.
Orders placed on Saturday by 2:00 PM will be delivered on Sunday.
Orders placed after 2:00 PM on Saturday will be considered Monday orders and will be delivered on Tuesday.
Orders placed on Sunday will be considered Monday orders and will be delivered on Tuesday.
Can I choose a specific delivery time?
At this time, we do not offer a specific delivery time. Your order will be delivered during the scheduled delivery day.
We guarantee delivery on the scheduled day, not an exact delivery time.
Do you offer same day delivery?
Our standard delivery service is next day delivery.
Orders received after the daily cutoff are processed according to the next available delivery day.
What happens if I place my order after the cutoff time?
Your order will be considered an order for the following business day.
For example, an order placed Monday at 4:30 PM will be delivered Tuesday.
An order placed Monday at 6:00 PM will be considered a Tuesday order and will be delivered Wednesday.
Are the flowers arranged specifically for my order?
Yes. Each POWEROSES arrangement is carefully prepared with fresh flowers and attention to every detail.
Our arrangements are made specifically for each order to ensure your flowers are prepared as beautifully and freshly as possible.
How can I keep my roses fresh?
To help your roses stay beautiful and fresh:
- Change the water daily.
- Keep your flowers away from direct sunlight and heat sources.
- Keep your flowers away from ripening fruit.
- Re cut the stems every 2 to 3 days.
- Remove any foliage below the water line.
- Use flower food to help extend the life of your roses.
Can I send a gift message?
If gift messaging is available at checkout, you can include a personal message with your order. Your message will be prepared with your arrangement and delivered with your gift.
Are your flowers exactly as shown in the photos?
We carefully prepare every arrangement to reflect the style and presentation shown on our website. Because roses are natural flowers, slight variations in color, size, shape, and bloom are expected and are part of their natural beauty.
What if my flowers arrive damaged?
If there is an issue with your flowers upon delivery, please contact POWEROSES as soon as possible with photos of the arrangement and packaging so we can review the situation and assist you.
Where do you deliver?
POWEROSES offers delivery throughout our designated service areas. Delivery fees are calculated according to the delivery zone for the destination address.
How are delivery fees calculated?
Delivery fees are based on the destination ZIP code. The applicable delivery fee will be shown during checkout before you complete your order.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Because our arrangements are prepared specifically for each order using fresh flowers, changes or cancellations may not be possible once preparation has begun.
Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to make a change to your order.
